Specialist Support Coordination

We provide assistance with finding, coordinating and managing the resources needed to help you reach your goals. Our services are available to all NDIS participants, regardless of whether they are planned or self-managed. We don’t just coordinate services, but also provide advice on how to better manage plans and find the best support services available.

Navigate The System

We understand that dealing with applications can be overwhelming, so we strive to take the stress out of the process by offering clear and accurate advice. Our services are designed to support people who have been diagnosed with a disability that qualifies them for the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) throughout their journey.

Funded Supports

Connecting people with pro-bono funding is part of our support coordination services. Our experienced professionals are trained to handle complex issues surrounding disabilities and offer invaluable support to those without the necessary resources to get the help they need.
